Devry University Makeover Project

DeVry University, headquartered in Oak Brook Terrace, Illinois, is undergoing a nationwide effort to remodel (makeover) numerous campuses in several different cities. MRJ Constructors was selected to perform and manage the makeover effort at the Federal Way campus.

The actual “makeover” work included:

• Removing all art, graphics, and signs from walls
• Adding walls, interior windows, framing openings for electronic bulletin boards and TV monitors
• Patch, repair, and prep all walls for re-painting
• New floor coverings
• Re-painting all the walls
• Electrical wiring and installation of over 100 new high-tech light fixtures
• Installation of several hundred pieces of new artwork, interior signage, interior graphics, bulletin boards, and displays
