The Revere Group project

For nearly two years, MRJ worked with The Revere Group and Shugart Bates Architect to provide cost feasibility studies of several building sites before making their final decision to move to Cloverdale Business Center in south Seattle. MRJ worked with the team to carefully layout and provide upgraded foundations, mechanical and electrical hookup for over eighty pieces of heavy manufacturing equipment and machinery to allow the printing company to operate efficiently. Part of the warehouse space included the installation of a high-bay racking/storage system.

In addition to the industrial/warehousing area, MRJ built a new 3,000 square feet office mezzanine with a 6,000 square feet office tenant improvement which included a beautifully finished lobby, conference rooms, offices, restrooms, product showrooms and workstations.

"It is without hesitation that we offer to serve as a reference for MRJ Constructors, to any of your potential clients. During the scope of our project, we were fortunate to work with many outstanding individuals from MRJ, who brought far more to the table than mere execution of the design. Every step of the way, it was clear that the project managers and superintendents on our job were enthusiastic, engaged solution providers; more than once they offered suggestions that helped reduce costs or improved our facility. In addition to their expertise and enthusiasm for doing excellent work, Sally and I truly enjoyed our meetings with them-you hire wonderful people! Please feel free to have anyone who is "on the fence" about using MRJ contact us any time."
