Ballard Pediatrics Clinic

MRJ worked with the owners and the architects for over two years providing preconstruction services for this medical and orthodontic clinic renovation project. The design concept included the incorporation of three separate buildings into one facility with new clerestory roof sections, additional square footage, reconfiguration of the interior space, all new interior finishes and new mechanical & electrical systems. The building was fully occupied with employees and patients during the construction phase requiring MRJ to carefully coordinate the construction and schedule of activities to avoid operational and safety issues with the medical clinic.
