116th and Avondale Retail building

MRJ completed the Avondale Retail project in July 2005, delivering a newly developed site that included a 12,400 square feet retail building and building pad for a future supermarket. 

In addition to the construction of the site work and retail building, MRJ adhered to the city compliance requirements and provided specific attention towards wetland preservation and improvements in traffic right-of-ways and signals. Specific storm water management systems were in place requiring all onsite storm water to be contained and treated to ensure that the water siltation level was cleaner than the adjacent streams that the water was discharged into. 

The finished retail building is now occupied by high-profile tenants such as Starbucks, Subway, Great Clips, and others.
