6th Street Office Building

MRJ completed the 6th Street Office Building located in Kirkland across the street from Google's offices. 

The new two-story structure consists of 5,000SF of high-end office space above a 5,000 square foot on-grade day-light garage. The exterior of the structure contains multiple finishes including colored form-lined concrete walls, exposed steel, stained cedar ship-lap siding and real copper flashing. The west facing exterior windows were installed with the Pacific Northwest's first use of SAGE Electro-Chromatic storefront glazing to deal with the privacy and afternoon sun concerns of the client.
