ACS/BPS Wireless Tenant Improvement-Federal Way

The ACS tenant improvement project was a 24,000 square foot tenant improvement build-out of an existing vacant shell to be the new home of ACS local call center that will house over 400 employees. ACS required a new office to meet the growth of their fast-expanding business and they needed it immediately. Part of the project work scope included the installation of a new state-of-the-art server room system complete with a separate redundancy cooling system, pre-action fire sprinklers, 60kW UPS unit and a 600kW generator to maintain ACS’ operation in the case there is ever a power interruption.
