Bloedel Reserve projects
MRJ was selected to join the team of Bloedel Reserve in the fall of 2015 to participate with the preconstruction and construction services for a series of phased construction projects at the Reserve.
In April 2017, MRJ completed a parking expansion project, revising traffic flow and building new roadways and parking areas for the reserve. While onsite MRJ concurrently modified the original woodshop, turned floral shop at the former Residence on the property into Philanthropy offices. Following that work, MRJ renovated and expanded Bloedel Reserves’ entrance gate building and gift shop.
The Reserve was fully operational during construction, MRJ made great efforts communicating work schedules with the Reserve Staff, our subcontractors, suppliers, and even the neighboring wildlife refuge and residential neighbors.
