Denali Fitness

MRJ transformed this two-story 10,500 square feet commercial space from an existing materials testing lab into a high end fitness facility. Large storefronts and an exposed structure design were incorporated into this new space to provide a bright and industrial modern feel. The locker rooms incorporated ceramic tile floors and wainscoting with granite countertops. MRJ worked closely with the design team to install an aerobics room to ensure that the acoustics were not transferred into the adjacent office spaces. MRJ finished the project two weeks ahead of schedule and under budget.
