DeVry University and Lance Mueller & Associates selected MRJ Constructors to be part of the design/construction team to work on the consolidation project for the University. Prior to the tenant improvement work, DeVry University was the primary user of an existing 99,000 square feet facility. MRJ worked around the clock to remodel and consolidate their existing facility to approximately 50,000 square feet allowing the building’s new Owner to lease out the remaining space to other businesses. New classrooms, server rooms, re-routing extensive telephone/data networks, mechanical and electrical systems were built while the building was occupied allowing the University to function normally without any interruptions.
