Eagle Harbor Inn

The Eagle Harbor Inn and Townhouses project was a new 9,000 square feet building consisting of an Inn with six boutique guest suites and three high-end townhouse suites surrounding a private courtyard. Included in the project were private underground garages with shot-crete walls topped with a post-tensioned concrete deck and multi-story wood framed structure. Additional features are radiant floor heat systems, private elevators, high-end finishes, and extensive details throughout.
