Garage Billiards Restaurant and Bowling

Located in Capitol Hill, Seattle, the Garage expansion was a new construction project that was completed in August 2008. The Owners had the goal of making the new building resemble their current establishment as much as possible. The new 22,000 square feet building added much needed space for the popular Garage Billiards and Bowling. The new building consists of a full-size commercial kitchen complete with dining area, a bar, six new bowling lanes and a mezzanine lounge that included a private bar. To maintain the industrial look, the Owner’s wanted much of the building’s structure to be left exposed: CMU walls, raw steel frames, heavy timber trusses and car decking.
