Jaguar Land Rover of Bellevue Showroom renovation project-Phase 2
The Jaguar Land Rover of Bellevue project was a two-phased renovation project of both the service center and the showroom/offices. The second phase of the project was an extensive 12,000 square foot renovation of the existing Bellevue facility to bring it up to comply with Jaguar and Land Rover’s new branding requirements. Designed by Lance Mueller & Associates, this project included demolition of the exterior structure of the show room and expanding the building perimeter complete with new exterior aluminum composite metal siding, frameless glass storefront, and site work. The interiors of the existing facility were gutted out ready to receive its new modernized makeover.
The completion of Phase 1 (Jaguar-Land Rover Service Building), allowed a portion of the dealership to temporarily relocate some of their operations into the service center. The sales staff to a temporary building off-site. This allowed MRJ to begin construction in an unoccupied facility and allowed MRJ Constructors to efficiently build out the new showroom & offices.
Construction started March 2021 and was completed in September 2021.
