Jaguar Land Rover of Seattle

Designed by Lance Mueller and Associates, the Jaguar Land Rover of Seattle project was an extensive 20,000 square foot renovation of the existing facility to bring it up to comply with Jaguar and Land Rover’s new branding requirements. Construction started on the project in April 2019. The project included demolition of the exterior structure of the show room and expanding the building perimeter complete with new exterior aluminum composite metal siding, frame-less glass storefront, and site work.

MRJ was tasked by the Owner to come up with a plan that allowed the service and sales department to remain fully operational through strategic phasing with minimal disruption. MRJ was able to turn over the show room and service department a month ahead of schedule enabling Jaguar Land Rover of Seattle to resume normal operations during their peak sales season.
