Madrona Retirement project

Madrona Assisted Living Home is a four story, 51-unit, 80 bed facility. The building consists of slab on grade with two floors of post tension deck above. The fourth floor and roof structure are wood framed. Each floor consists of approximately 11,500 SF for a total square footage of just over 46,000SF.

The building includes two floors of Assisted Living facilities with two additional floors of Memory Care facilities. Each floor has been provided with local offices, nursing centers, activity, physical therapy and common living rooms. A commercial kitchen has been provided on the 1st floor designed to fulfill the needs of all residents.

The sewer connection incorporates a lift station complete with telemetric controls to coordinate pumping of waste into the cities force main which is to be controlled remotely by the local wastewater treatment plant.
