Magnolia Self Storage

MRJ completed the construction of a 21,000 square feet four-story addition to an existing storage facility. The end result provided an additional 162 individually climate-controlled storage units to the existing facility. The foundation consists of auger-cast piling, grade beams and post tension slab on grade. Challenges of the project included zero lot line construction, limited site staging areas and the existing facility had to remain fully operational during construction.
