Rainier Golf & Country Club Clubhouse renovation

Designed by SHKS Architects, the Rainier Golf & Country Club underwent a major renovation which consisted of demolition of their existing members lounge to make way for a more modern and open facility.

Rainier Golf & Country Club brought MRJ on board early in the project to provide pre-construction services and help evaluate different assemblies to best fit the club's needs, budgets and long-term planning. The project scope consisted of demolition of their existing members lounge and building a new structure. The new lounge boasts a highly efficient VRF mechanical system in addition to the new electrical system. With the new ceiling being open to structure, careful planning and team coordination was required in order to ensure all rough-in was ran cleanly. The newly renovated clubhouse provides an immersive member experience complete with a new expanded bar, opened up space along with modern finishes and amenities.
