Seabreeze Mixed Use project

The Seabreeze was a new office, retail and luxury condominium facility developed and built by MRJ. It was a 33,000 square feet addition to the downtown Winslow community on Bainbridge Island. The building has an underground parking garage and three building towers consisting of street level retail space and eleven luxury condominiums ranging in size from 466 to 2,235 square feet. Each tower has a territorial view of the downtown area as well as Eagle Harbor.
