Seadrunar Recycling Facility
This state-of-the-art recycling facility involved the completion of a 46,000 square foot tilt up manufacturing area with a unique 2,500 square foot office space. The building featured floating concrete panels separated by glass curtain walls. Due to the poor soils and heavy traffic on and around the site, MRJ placed nearly 100,000 square feet of cast in place concrete pavement over recycled concrete that came from the King Dome demolition project. Construction involved the coordination and installation of scale pits, loading docks, paper shredders and other equipment specific to the end user.
