Villagio Clubhouse and Cabana

This unique multi-faceted project involved the construction of a new 8,200 square feet clubhouse and full remodel of the cabana, pool, carports, and trash compactor facility. The extravagant quality of the interior details utilized imported stone, wood floors, stone counters, copper water fountains, iron railings and an intricate wood trim package. Also featured in the clubhouse were a large social room, exercise and aerobics studios, library, leasing facility and twenty-three seat movie theatre.
