The Wally Apartment/Mixed Use project is a 27-unit apartment project above 2,000 square foot of retail. Total square footage of the facility is 27,000 sf. The building structure consists of slab on grade with one floor of post tension deck above. The 2-4th floor is conventional wood frame. There is a roof top deck complete with landscaping, wood decking and green roof system.
