Windermere of Bainbridge Island

This five-building mixed-use development project consisted of office and retail spaces along with multiple townhomes, constructed simultaneously. Four of the five buildings are multi-unit townhomes that house a total of eight units. The homes are situated around a central courtyard with towering old-growth fir trees. 

Care was given in the design and construction of the buildings to ensure preservation of the existing trees. The 6,100 square feet, two-story office/retail building sits at the forefront of the property and is the new location for Windermere Real Estate Bainbridge Island.
