Windermere of Kingston

The partners of MRJ and Windermere Real Estate of Kingston developed this building through a joint venture. The building currently serves as Windermere Real Estate Kingston’s local office with additional leased spaces to State Farm and Envision Retirement.

This 7,500 square feet office building is a two-story wood framed structure on a slab-on-grade complete with a gypcrete topping slab on the upper level and an elevator for ADA access. The building's design is light commercial with a modern industrial feel created by staining the slab on grade, leaving the trusses and beams exposed, and installing oversized windows to the ceiling and structure to allow an abundance of natural light.
