Winslow Way and Erickson Mixed Use project

Designed by Wenzlau Architects and Karreman & Associates, the Winslow project was a 56,000 square feet mixed-use building anchored by a 19,000 square feet underground parking garage. With two buildings separated by a cascading water feature and a pedestrian friendly courtyard, The Winslow features 5,000 square feet of retail space, 12,000 square feet of office space and eight luxury condominium units.

The construction project included the excavation of more than 10,000 cubic yards of soil. MRJ also installed temporary shoring walls, shot-crete exterior walls, post-tension concrete decks above the parking area and a combination of structural steel and wood framing for the buildings.
