Woodinville Business Park

A two building-30,000 square feet tilt-up office building. The project included wetland enhancements to the adjacent Little Bear Creek. During the early mobilization of the project MRJ discovered that the creek had migrated twenty feet into the project site, requiring redesign of the building and site work to accommodate the creek's new direction.
