Woodinville West Business Park

The Woodinville West Office project consisted of two concrete tilt-ups totaling 110,000 square feet of building area. The project consisted of extensive site development including the restoration of a salmon habitat along the adjacent Sammamish River and the widening of State Route 202 that was required to construct this office/manufacturing business park.
